AC-Sun, design basis;
Terms for industrial air condition plants to the Mediterranean area are assigned to have an inlet temperature on 19°C and an outdoor temperature on 35°C. This is preserved in the upcoming turbine construction with or without water supply.

Outdoor air temperature 35˚C (Range 25 - 40˚C)
Solar collector temperature 88˚C (Range 80 - 100˚C)
Air inlet temperature 19˚C
Solar collector capacity 12 kW (set to 12 m 2 , Equator)
Cooling capacity 10 kW
Power consumption 0.5 kW

The cooling capacity can be increased by spraying water in the condenser air flow.

The platform for calculation is using the program Engineering Equation Solver (EES) and constructed up round thermal dynamic formulas that spending variables and constants to depict in this case a turbine construction used in a cooling process. |
